Reservations

HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can either: fill out a request form on https://parisdisneytransports.com or, mail us on: iparisdisneytransports@gmail.com.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO RESERVE?

We recommend you to book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that we have enough time to process your request. However, we will do our best to accommodate any last minute requests.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

For any cancellation made by the client, there is no supplement to pay. Just let us know.

HOW TO PAY?

Simply pay by cash to our driver. (Our fee will be clearly mentioned on the booking confirmation email.)

On Arrival

HOW DO I FIND YOU AT THE AIRPORT?

On arrival, just after customs process (luggage and immigration process), a driver will be there waiting for you at the exit gate with a name board.

WHAT IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?

The driver will wait for you. The booking confirmation Email contains telephone numbers to contact if any issue occurred.

WHAT ARE YOUR VEHICLES LIKE?

Our vehicles are black, 8-seater mini-vans, air-conditioned and non-smoking.

Pick Up Time

PICK UP TIME TO GO TO AIRPORT?

Your pick-up time will be indicated in your confirmation. We normally pick passengers up 03 hours before flight for CDG/ORLY, and 04 hours for BEAUVAIS. Please reply to confirmation mail to reconfirm.

We serve Charles de Gaulle, Orly, and Beauvais airports.

DO YOU OPERATE OUTSIDE PARIS?

Yes, we can take you wherever you need to go! Please contact us for a quote if your destination zip code doesn't start with 75.

WHERE CAN I GO WITH US?

Places of residence | Station | Airport or a different place defined in advance by the customer.

Other Things You May Ask

HOW LONG DOES THE JOURNEY TAKE?

The journey time depends on the traffic and your address in Paris. The standard journey time is approximately one hour but may well vary.

IS THERE A SUPPLEMENT FOR LUGGAGE?

The luggage are FREE but if you cannot accommodate in one big vehicle of 8-seater, we may ask you to pay a supplement.

WHAT IF I DON'T SPEAK FRENCH?

Don't worry! All our drivers and agents speak both French and English.

A Worry Free Ride

DO I NEED TO TIP THE DRIVER?

It is entirely at your discretion whether you wish to tip the driver.

DO YOU PROVIDE CHILD SEATS?

Yes, at request of the customer during the reservation. There will be no extra charge.

WILL THERE BE OTHER PASSENGERS?

No, We provide only private transfers.

CAN I SMOKE INSIDE THE VAN?

Sorry! Smoking is not allowed.
